Delivery Procedure:
- Standard Orders up to 100 Ltr :
Here at Chef Vinegar Shop UK we offer Fast and Free 48 hours fully
tracked delivery by UPS, Parcelforce, Royal Mail or DHL, depends on the location of delivery to UK Mainland and we also deliver to Scotland and to Northern Ireland within 48 hours by Parcelforce with no extra cost.
All our delivery are fully tracked, delivery confirmation email will be sent right after placing the order.
Also there's a "Safe Place" option available upon purchase.
We act on orders on a same day of receipt of the order and our last order time for dispatch is 10:00AM.
- Bulk orders :
Delivery by a tail gate truck, so no forklift is needed for the customer.
For all of the bulk orders over 100Ltr we have got the Standard 5 working day lead time.
The receiver agrees that proof of delivery provided by our chosen delivery company is sufficient evidence to prove that goods have been received.

Return an item - our 100% money back guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
