Tradiional Food Grade Vinegar:

White Spirit Vinegar 20% traditional, brewed/fermented organic food grade vinegar made of grains.
 

Wide assortment: White wine vinegar and red wine vinegar are produced of carefully selected Hungarian wines, while cider vinegar is produced from fresh apple, by biological fermentation. The special flavour of our tarragon vinegar is due to its tarragon content.
 

Vinegar produced by biological fermentation is part of healthy nutrition. Chef vinegar produced of wine or fruit wine retains the biologically important constituents of fruits during fermentation, like amino acids, vitamin B, and micro-elements indispensable for human metabolism. Therefore, salads produced with such vinegars contribute to the preservation of one's health. 
 

White wine vinegar, red wine vinegar and cider vinegar preserve their quality for an indefinite period of time; the best before date of tarragon vinegar is 3 years.

 

All members of the chef product group are produced by biological fermentation. These natural vinegars contain amino-acids, vitamins and micro-elements indispensable for human metabolism.

 

Due to its century old vinegar production tradition Chef has always been producing high quality products. Products can only leave our up-to-date production facility after a strict quality control process.

Housewives would usually use unflavoured, natural 10% and 20% biological white spirit vinegar throughout the year. Chef food vinegars are mostly recommended for preservation and pickling and also for environmentally friendly weed control.
